Terrain Performance
The Candide Resort 101 has been developed to deliver balanced performance, especially suited to when snow conditions change throughout the day. Its geometry maintains precise and predictable handling on the piste, and it has also been built for off-piste and even the snowpark: it is the most versatile model in the range.
Its behaviour is progressive and accessible for experienced skiers who are looking for a model capable of adapting to different skiing styles and snow conditions.
Construction and Technology
It features the C-Free Core, built with a combination of ash and poplar wood reinforced with fibreglass and carbon. This construction provides an excellent relationship between weight, stability and response. A flex with a stiffness of 60% gives it great pop, which favours jumps.
The Triple Radius Sidecut makes for a smooth turn entry and improves the transition between different turn radii, while the Adaptive Rocker profile promotes flotation in deep snow and brings greater versatility when we leave the groomed pistes.
Our Team’s Opinion
“The best thing about this ski is its versatility: it is one of the best skis out there for the snowpark and powder snow. It inspires a lot of confidence in all types of conditions and, on top of that, it has great stability on the piste. Made for advanced skiers who want a single ski to enjoy the whole mountain: total all-mountain freestyle.”
